Delhi Customs launches e-helpline for trade

Delhi Customs has launched an e-helpline for the trade and industry in Delhi Customs Zone comprising of the Commissionerate of import and General, Air Cargo Export and ICD, Tughlakabad.
The e-helpline is being launched at the zonal level for clarifying the doubts of trade and industry in an administrative friendly manner without the assesses having to come to offices of the department.
For this purpose a designated website has been established www.cccdelhizone.gov in Through the website, the helpline will provide help in resolving procedural delays and also address system related problems including ACES and ICES related issues.
The Delhi Customs says it will process the queries within 7 working days and a response to the query will be sent with approval of the Chief Commissioner via email.
Copies of replies will also be sent to designated trade and industry associations.
